Returns & Exchange

 

  • All items sold on www.alluressories.com cannot be refunded.
  • We offer exchanges and returns on regular priced items within 14 days of receipt. No exchanges or returns for sale goods and promotional items.  
  • For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products.
  • “Make it Yours” & “Engrave Me” Collection, custom-made and engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • We also offer exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for items purchased at full price. Store credit will be valid for 2 months.
  • If any item is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team by email (customercare@alluressories.com) within 3 days (including public holidays) with your order confirmation number. No claims will be accepted after this period.
  • Please return the items in their original condition: un-used, in their original packaging. There will be no exchange if the item has been used and worn.  
  • Please be remind that parcel remains under your responsibility until the package is received by ALLURESSORIES. For your protection, we suggest shipping via a traceable service to avoid missing and/or lost packages. We recommend using a postal or courier service that we insure you for the value of the goods you are shipping. No additional custom fees will be paid by ALLURESSORIES.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.
  • Alternatively, you can return your item to one of our ALLURESSORIES stores and our staff will be more than happy to assist with processing an exchange.

  • In case of disputes, ALLURESSORIES reserves the final right of decision.
